Cdl A Driver- Home Most Nights

We are looking for a CDL A licensed truck driver who will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers. You will be home all but one night a week in this position, managing your deliveries in a dedicated truck. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate and benefits, plus the opportunity to earn up to $300 monthly in a safety bonus plus an annual profit sharing bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Laminate Works vehicles according to all applicable Federal, State, and Local transportation laws
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any issues or damages to management for corrective actions
• Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy, and submit all required documentation to customers and management
• Manage routes in the most efficient way possible and ensure timely transport and delivery
• Deliver loads with good attention to customer service and safety
• Skillfully maneuver vehicles into loading and unloading areas
• Ensure loads are properly secured to prevent damage or injury
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed using specialized equipment
• Ability to occasionally take overnight deliveries
• Make safety a priority at all times
• Perform other assignments as requested by management

Job Requirements

• A current Class A CDL driver's license
• High school diploma
• Must have a clean driving record
• Minimum of one year driving experience
• Must pass drug screen and physical required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
• Must be able to physically get in and out of truck cab safely
• Must adhere to all traffic safety laws while operating Laminate Works vehicles

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30 per hour plus possible overtime

Schedule: Monday to Thursday with two overnight shifts and Friday's off.
