- Supervises the CCE and TRC administrative/program staff and oversees the division and completion of all administrative/operational tasks and projects.
- Responsible for CCE grants, sponsorship and contracting billing, as well as tracking of all scholarship funds. Ensure accurate reporting to the South Carolina Technical College System. Responsible for all accounts receivables and payables. Tracks time and leave for full-time and part-time CCE and TRC administrative/program staff. Serves as liaison between CCE and Business Office for all CCE accounts. Processes invoices per SCC procurement guidelines.
- Oversees the administrative paperwork related to CCE open enrollment and contract training courses. Oversees state audit reporting. Conducts research and provides an administrative analysis as workflow problems arise. Performs the operational functions for all online courses such as Ed2Go.
- Coordinates and manages scheduling academic and CCE classes at TRC and provides services to students and the public; communicates as need with appropriate TRC and central campus personnel and all affected parties. Serves as primary cashier for TRC; balances cash drawer; reconciles daily totals and bank deposits as required for CCE programs and TRC. Works to resolve issues with student accounts.
- Coordinates TRC facility maintenance needs through SCC's School Dude System. Coordinates student activities set-ups.
- Develops and prepares forms, reports, and special projects through appropriate computer software; develops and maintains a functional hardcopy and/or electronic filing system for CCE and TRC. Prepares and submits monthly budget report to the director/dean; maintains inventory of supplies and forms for campus operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field plus two years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.
- Associate's degree plus four years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.
