Job Purpose:
Assist in proper loading of truck (food and supplies), washing dishes/utensils after events and reloading truck, and helping assist serve/unload truck during events. Job can near full-time hours.
Essential Functions:
· Off-site Catering – willing to travel to different venues across CT. Must have reliable transportation.
· Loading/unloading vehicles, some heavy lifting required
· Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
· Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
· Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
· Attend shifts on time as scheduled and adhere to attendance policy
· Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

Skills/Qualifications
· Individuals will be trained for serving
· Quick thinker and able to multitask
· Outgoing and personable
· Able to provide highest quality of service to guests at all times
· Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
· Ability to perform moderate/heavy lifting
· Must have reliable transportation, Valid Driving License and be willing to travel throughout CT
· Must be able to lift over 50 lbs consistently

Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service, catering setting preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
