Our mission is Delicious is in the Details where we care about each and every detail that goes into making the perfect meal for our guests. As a Catering Specialist, you are the voice of Urbane Cafe, setting the tone for our guests entire experience.
CA Hourly Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
What We Want- A Catering Specialist at our Corporate Office who loves to provide great service!
- Answering all catering calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Taking orders efficiently and correctly
- Communicating orders effectively with the restaurants
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized workstation
- Scanning documents, various administrative functions, opening mail
- Greeting all guests and vendors professionally and with a smile
- Assisting Catering Manager with projects
What You Need:
- Ability to read, speak, write and understand English
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
- Ability to multitask and handle issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must be able to work onsite in Ventura
- Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Microsoft 365 and G Suite Experience
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
