This position is responsible for supporting new and existing projects and programs, lead testing and development of new food items and procedures and supporting day to day operations. This position would also manage Miguel's catering program which includes working with guests to determine their catering needs, visiting local businesses, attending local events.
Responsibilities:
- Support internal and cross functional programs and initiatives focused on enhancing Operations
- Test new menu items for upcoming promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure internal alignment on new programs (ex: new product launches)
- Help develop and administer operational policies and procedures
- Increase business to business (B2B) catering sales through door to door, email, and social media marketing
- Answers phone and manages inquiries immediately
- Communicates and facilitates orders at the restaurants
- Ensures 100% catering guest satisfaction
- Gives feedback to supervisor on catering guest needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the quick service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills in MS programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Reliable personal vehicle (do we need to mention having a driver's license)?
