• Build and maintain strong relationships with catering clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Ensure that all catering events are executed flawlessly, exceeding customer expectations for quality, presentation, and professionalism.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portioning to maintain consistency and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of catering orders
• Collaborate with clients to customize catering menus and services to meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Proactive outreach through phone calls and media to foster business growth
• Manage catering schedules and coordinate delivery logistics to ensure on-time service.
• Solicit feedback from clients and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Follow health & safety guidelines
• Foster a friendly family environment
• Be a team player & show efficient communication skills

Schedule:

• Part-time shifts (20 - 25 hours per week)
• Hybrid position (2 days at Loop 9 BBQ)

• Hourly + Bonus
