Catering Manager, Target Field

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a Catering Manager to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Catering Manager, you will partner with the Food and Beverage managers to ensure all hospitality operations at [UNIT NAME] run efficiently to create memorable experiences for guests.

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Target Field dating back to 2010. The 39,504-seat venue is home to the Minnesota Twins. We provide a full complement of food and beverage offerings that include chef-attended action stations, a carving station, and Taste of the Ballpark fan favorites.

• Lead training, scheduling, and supervising of team members from the catering department
• Monitor food and beverage orders produce daily sales and accounts receivable reports
• Prepare operational reports, and keep records of purchases, requisitions, and liquor logs
• Monitor customer service feedback and develop standards of service that are shared with the catering team
• Assist with menu pricing strategies for optimizing cost and control
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships

• Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
• Knowledge of food preparation, inventory, and cost control measures
• Excellent verbal communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with constant bending and other repetitive motions
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time including outdoors in all weather
