As a Catering Coordinator, you will have the exciting responsibility of planning delicious catering orders in consultation with our valued guests. You will prepare and transport food for various indoor and outdoor events, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Your creativity will shine as you decorate food-serving areas and provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed our guests' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan catering orders according to customer needs and expectations
• Prepare food in a clean and healthy kitchen environment
• Consult with guests about any potential changes before every event
• Transport food to and from venues
• Decorate food-serving areas at the venues
• Clean food-serving areas after the events
• Serve food and drinks at the venues
• Maintain well-organized and stocked supplies
• Have a thorough knowledge of all food ingredients

Requirements:

• Previous catering experience is a plus
• Driver's License
• A certificate in culinary arts/knowledge is a plus
• Great attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• A friendly and positive attitude
