Our rapidly growing health, wellness, and fitness center is seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include handling transactions, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Accept payments and provide accurate change
- Operate our point-of-sale system to complete transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
