SalaryPhysical Requirements: Requires considerable physical effort most of the day. Requires squatting, kneeling, reaching, twisting, walking, and sitting for long periods of time.
Assessing client’s progress throughout the process of rendering services to client. Notifying the service supervisor of any changes or unusual conditions with the client’s place of residence.
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following all policies and procedures implemented by Green Pastures Home Care, LLC.
Must be able to demonstrate core competencies to the service supervisor which includes but not limited to:
- assisting with mobility including ambulation,
- assisting with bath/shower
- assisting with toileting
- assisting with dressing
- assisting with eating and continence needs.
Must follow plan of care thoroughly as given by the service supervisor

Education
Must have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D certificate.
Qualifications
Demonstrates independence, flexibility, good Judgment, verbal communication, physiological knowledge, nutrition, nursing skills, creating a safe, effective environment, client relationships, listening, thoroughness.
Must provide proof of validation of skills to the service supervisor.
Demonstrate a positive attitude within the workplace.
Must not have any prior convictions on the background check that includes:
a. Felonies related to manufacture, distribution, prescription or dispensing of controlled substance
b. Felony health care fraud
c. Felony for abuse, neglect, assault, battery, criminal sexual conduct (1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree), fraud or theft against a minor or vulnerable adult
d. Felony or misdemeanor patient abuse
e. Felony or misdemeanor involving cruelty or torture
f. Misdemeanor healthcare fraud
Experience
At least one of year of in-home aide experience is recommended for employee; however, there is not a requirement for experience

Pay: $13.75 - $16.00 per hour

- Day shift
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
