The following are some of the responsibilities of this role:
- Preparing perfectly pulled shots of espresso
- Making Tailwind signature coffee drinks according to specific recipes
- Interacting with customers in an upbeat manner
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Restocking inventory and supplies
- Handling cash
- Preparing quick-serve food
- Collaborating with the team to provide the best customer experience
The skills required for this role are:
- Barista experience
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs set forth by the Tailwind Management Company.
- Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurant.
- Maintains a clean and organized work space.
Line Cook

You a seasoned line cook, or perhaps someone just beginning their cooking journey, who has the basic skills and knowledge of what it takes to work on a line with a team, following Tailwind recipes and standards. Providing quality food in a fun, upbeat atmosphere exceeding customers’ needs and expectations helping us achieve our goal of providing friendly service and top-quality offerings to enhance the traveler experience in your airport. Applicants need to be 18+ years of age, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
Some Responsibilities to Include:
- Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
- Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
- Daily prep of all menu items.
- Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
- Label & rotate all food.
Must have reliable transportation and must be able to pass a back-ground check to receive an airport badge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
