We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math and retail math principles
- Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or related fields is desirable
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
