Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual)
- Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required
