Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and always provide them with a positive experience
- Assist customers with their purchases, including answering questions about products and services
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations
- Knowledge of stock management procedures to maintain inventory levels
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide personalized assistance
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items to customers
