Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and pricing
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with technology products and sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
