Cashier / Stock / Clerk / Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

What we’re looking for:
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, which may also depend on your preference for part-time or full-time

Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations):
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Climb ladder, and lift 50 lbs as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual skills (multilingual is a plus) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Experience in technical sales or wireless sales is a bonus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- 1-year retail Sales Associate, cashier/cash handling, merchandiser, or inventory specialist experience preferred, to include greeting customers, stocking, merchandising, managing inventory, or replenishment
