Essential Duties
- Greets customers at in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Answer and direct customer phone calls to the proper department or person within the dealership.
- Computes customer bills.
- Receives payment by cash, check, credit card, voucher, automatic debits or billable accounts, records amount received.
- Makes change and issues receipts, refunds or credits to customers.
- Inspect service and parts repair orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent preferred
- Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred
- Automotive Experience Preferred
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
- Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
