Position Summary: Under general direction from the GM, accomplishes the objectives of the Cage operations by planning, organizing, and managing all functions required to safeguard the assets of the Social Club and ensure that monetary transactions are executed for guests in an accurate, professional and courteous manner. Ensures all cage functions operate in accordance with established policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciles cash counts and other paperwork on a daily basis
- Ensures each cage transaction provides accurate, friendly, timely and courteous service to customers
- Provides reports to GM other department managers as necessary
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to accurately perform all monetary transactions.
- Ability to deal effectively with guests/members and Social Club staff.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Social Club accounting requirements preferred and thorough analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Required:
- Must be able to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Preferred:
- Two (2) years Social Club cage experience.
Pre-Employment Conditions:
· Must be able to pass a background check
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed indoors.
- Work hours subject to change with overtime work required as business needs dictate.
- Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions.
- Subject to hazards that may cause personal bodily harm: common colds, influenza, dust, odors and elevated noise levels.
- Tasks may be performed on uneven, inclined, hard and soft carpeted floors, cement structures and surfaces.
- Duties may involve walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and crouching.
- Specific required movements include the following:
- Trunk-bend, twist, rotate, push, pull, and carry
- Arms-reach, carry, push, pull, lift, twist, and rotate
- Legs-lift, push, pull, twist, and rotate
- Hands-grasp, manipulate, bilateral coordination, eye and hand coordination, overall and finger dexterity.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
