- THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION OF NO MORE THAN 20 HOURS IN A WORKWEEK.*Under direct supervision, performs a wide range of duties, in an aquatic environment, which include assisting the public and performing clerical duties of routine nature; and performing related duties as assigned. Work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and/or evenings.
Assisting the public, receiving, preparing, distributing, and filing a wide variety of materials and payments in accordance with prescribed program procedures; collecting fees and admissions; preparing collections for audit and deposit; keeping accurate records; making daily financial reports and other reports as needed; typing correspondence, and conducting simple record keeping; maintaining files; handling inquiries by telephone and at the public counter; enforcing rules governing pool admission, safety, and conduct; performing facility maintenance; checking patron's belongings; and performing related duties as assigned.

Selection Process: Applicants must complete an application online prior to the final filing date. Applications will be screened for qualifications, appropriate background, and only the most qualified will be invited to participate in the examination process. Applicants will be notified by email as to the test date, time and location. The examination process will include an oral interview weighted at 100%.Candidates will be required to pass a City administered pre-employment physical and may be required to pass a thorough background investigation and polygraph examination as a part of the selection process.
