Community-Based Provider is seeking to fill several vacant positions for our DFCS Contracts (WRAP, Early Intervention, Homestead, and CCFA). All work is provided in the home and community, and reliable transportation is required. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license be able to pass a criminal background check, and have experience working with youth and families. Qualified Candidates must be willing to provide services in a variety of surrounding counties including but not limited to: Cherokee, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fulton, Gwinnett, Rockdale, Newton, and Walton. Documentation skills a must. BIRP format and eCaseNotes experience preferred. Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnights. All positions are contracted (1099) and reimbursed per billable hour, with most services paying mileage.
The Case Manager / Behavioral Aide position must be experienced in providing transportation, case management, behavior modification, skills training, parenting education, home evaluations, family team meetings, behavioral aide supervision, and supervised visitation to children and their parents in the DFCS system. Preferred experience a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (i.e. psychology, sociology, social work, human services, and criminal justice with a child and adolescent focus) and 3 years of experience working with individuals with a DFCS history. May consider a high school diploma but must have 5 years of experience working with youth in a human services capacity.
