At The Concussion Center, each patient, and the care they receive is individualized and exceptional. Your exclusive role at The Concussion Center will be to partner with Personal Injury Law firms, our medical staff, and clients to bring efficient and expedited resolution to their cases. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with outstanding communication skills, able to organize and communicate information, facilitate communication between the center and patients, motivate patients to complete treatments, communicate financial obligations to firm and funding companies to obtain financial approvals, schedule appointments, and other administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive communication between the center, law firms, patients, and funding partners.
• Obtain documents necessary to support case handling.
• Maintain organized case files that demonstrate progression and resolution. Enter data into internal and external systems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide clinical information as needed, emphasizing medical justification for procedure/service to attorneys and financial partners.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal personal injury experience. Medical experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of the operational structure of medical practices.
• Personable customer service approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated problem solver, attention to detail, and proficient technology skills a must.
• Exceptional ability to multi-tasker.
• Genuine soft skills approach in communicating to obtain desired results.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $25+ depending on experience

Work Hours: 8a-5:00p; infrequent phone calls outside of this time frame
