HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Pediatric RN Case Manager to fill an opening with a Fortune 100 Managed Care Company in Laredo TX, can be anywhere in Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg, or Starr County.
Daily Responsibilities for Field Pediatric RN Case Manager:
- Will be in the field up 3-4 times per week, 1- 2 days remote
- Assessments for members up to 21 years old with physical and/or mental disabilities that qualify for Medicaid.
- Contact members and providers to check on status of service/items/healthcare needs
Required Qualifications for Field Pediatric RN Case Manager:
- At least 2 years of Pediatric experience required
- Pediatric home health or case management experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and enter assessments into program as they're being conducted
- Clear and active TX RN license
- Clear and active driving record, reliable transportation, and insurance
Preferred Qualifications for Field Pediatric RN Case Manager:
- Pediatric home health
- Experience with Special Needs Children
