Case Management Pharmacist (Remote in MT)
We are looking for a Case Management Pharmacist that will be responsible for the daily activities necessary to administer the Clinical Pharmacy Case Management Program under the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) contract with the Montana Healthcare Pharmacy Program. In addition, this position will coordinate, as needed, with the Drug Prior Authorization Unit (Drug PA).
A successful candidate would have graduated from an ACPE Accredited pharmacy school, have a Montana Pharmacist license, and have five years of experience.Experience with the drug regimen review process and appropriate use of medications preferred. Experience in fraud, waste and abuse, and medications for opioid use disorder treatment is preferred.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize work, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
