Touchmark on Saddle Drive is Helena's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Registered Nurse - Case Manager.
As a Registered Nurse - Case Manager, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:
- Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Possess a current RN License
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
- Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
- Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend's Approach to dementia care
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
