Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Case Management team. The ideal candidate will have a high emotional intelligence (EQ), a knack for working with people, and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. This role requires managing a diverse team and ensuring satisfaction for both clients and employees. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Case Management team of 10-15 members
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and improve customer satisfaction
- Handle team issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain a high level of client and employee satisfaction
- Think creatively to find innovative solutions
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Proven management experience, particularly in handling a team of 2+ people
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep both clients and employees happy
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing performance
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
