As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Carpet Cleaning services to our clients. ```Responsibilities```
- Perform Carpet Cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and techniques
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and other issues prior to cleaning
- Pre-treat carpets with appropriate cleaning solutions to ensure effective stain removal
- Operate Carpet Cleaning machinery, such as steam cleaners and extractors
- Move furniture and other objects as needed to access all areas of the carpet
- Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during the cleaning process
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or specific requests regarding the Carpet Cleaning service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in floor care, custodial work, commercial cleaning, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Carpet Cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Ability to operate Carpet Cleaning machinery effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, damage, or other issues with carpets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or move furniture as required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
