Caregiver (Part-Time) Weekend

Bridge Family Services is seeking a part time female caregiver who is able to support and care for a sweet 6 year old girl who lives with her family in American Fork. The client is nonverbal, wears diapers, and has a seizure disorder.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities include:

• Keeping the client safe by providing constant line-of-sight supervision
• Helping with laundry, house cleaning, and other housekeeping chores
• Helping the client with her hygiene including giving her baths, changing her outfits, giving her diaper changes, and changing bedding as needed
• Monitoring the client while she sleeps to make sure she does not need a diaper change or does not have a seizure that needs intervention
• Helping the client improve her strength and mobility by walking around the house with her
• Reading books and helping her with toys
• Physically supporting the client if she seizes to keep her safe

The schedule would be Sat 9a-2p and Sun 10a-3p. A total of 10 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour
