Salary```Duties:```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community outings
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
```Requirements:```
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' rights
- Experience in home care or caregiving preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Understanding of working with people with developmental disabilities and knowledge of behavior management techniques

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
