Caregiver (Part-Time, Evenings)

Now Hiring Part-time Caregiver to work in our beautiful, assisted living and memory care community. Evening shift (3p-11p), every other weekend is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must enjoy working with residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Valid CNA/HHA preferred BUT not required! All you need is a heart for caring for others - we will teach you the rest!
• Prior experience in senior living is preferred
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• Demonstrate patience, accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers to maintain standards and achieve goals
• Adherence to Magnolia Springs Core Values

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
