Duties:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Lift and transfer individuals using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Respect and uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
- Drive residents to appointments, activities, or outings as needed

Experience:
- 2+ years experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies

Requirements: - Clean background - Do a required TB test - Must be 18 years or older with 2+ years of experience - Must be able to get a CPR certification - Must have reliable transportation

Expectations: - Represent the company in a professional manner - Wear professional attire (Scrubs) - Be able to maintain composure during difficult situations - Be respectful towards clients regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, etc. - Follow all company rules and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
