Job Summary: The Guest Assistant at Linden works with a dynamic team of clinical and non-clinical professionals, providing quality care in our Assisted Living facilities. This key team member is entrusted to oversee and assist with the daily needs of our residents, help set high standards for our quality of care, and be role models of the dedication that we have to caring for our guests and residents. This position will report to clinical leaders at the facility.
Essential Functions:
Interact with family and resident’s professionally and courteously
Promote satisfaction and good communication.
Working collaboratively with other members of the care team.
Report on a residents’ status and any changes you notice while assisting them with activities of daily living.
Assist with certain housekeeping duties and perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the company and the Care, Comfort, and Happiness of our residents.
Qualifications/Experience:
Education: High School or GED preferred
Entry-Level Experience
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Collaborative and team mindset
