RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (RSS) - Vegas Home

Ethos Behavioral Healthis a provider of long-term care specializing in the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive support of adults who have persistent psychiatric and mental health conditions. These include traumatic brain or other catastrophic injuries, organic neurological issues, chronic pain, and chronic medical conditions. We operate traditional group homes that aid our clients in progressing toward their highest level of independence, function, and overall quality of life. Our team is focused on meeting patients where they are and treating each as an individual. The ideal candidate understands individuals with life-long disabilities. They are compassionate & empathetic individuals, able to work under pressure, individually, and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain levels of supervision and safety
• Hands on ADL assistance
• Support behavior modification plans
• Prompt for activities of daily living
• Transportation of residents into the community
• Meal preparation
• Maintaining & cleaning in the residential environment
• Medication passing
• Behavior redirection
• Documentation

SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Michigan driver's license
• The ability to pass a physical and TB test
• Submit to a background check (fingerprinting)

COMPENSATION:

• $18/hour
• 1 week PTO annually
• Matching 401K retirement plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
