NOTE: We're looking for someone who can work evenings and weekend hours. Preferred schedule would be Sunday through Thursday and candidates in eastern time zone will be prioritized. Spanish speaking / bilingual is a big bonus too.

We are looking for amazing, friendly Care Coordinators to join our team!
You will be the first point of contact for parents who are looking for therapy, parent coaching or other Mental Health resources. You'll help them get excited about our services, but most important, help them feel seen, heard and hopeful.
Once they are ready to join Manatee, you'll be the trusted advisor in their journey. Assign them to the right care team, answer questions, support with scheduling, tech issues and anything in between. The ideal candidate is excited to help families, is empathetic, and has a keen eye for detail.

How you'll spend your time:
- Have 30 min consults with families interested in Manatee
- Get families excited about our services and how they can help their families
- Support, listen and champion the needs of our families
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with parents through open, empathetic and interactive communication
- Handle family challenges, concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Keep records of family interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Collaborate, own and achieve the family care success metrics and targets
Must haves:
- 2 years of customer support, hospitality, sales, client services or admin experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with EHR / CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Passionate and a self-starter
- Evening and weekend availability
- You have a background in Mental Health, child development or psychology
Nice to haves:
- You are a parent or are familiar with the beautiful ups and downs of parenthood
- You are flexible, creative, and curious about how Mental Health could be for kids and families
- You have a desire to learn new things
- Low ego and sense of humor :)
- You are located in the eastern time zone
- Spanish speaking / bilingual
