Wednesday-Saturday (10 hour shifts) : Excellent opportunity to join Comfort Keepers the leading senior care company in the greater Memphis, Western Tennessee and Northwest Mississippi area. The Care Coordinator assigns and schedules caregivers based on client plan of care and serves as the primary interface between caregivers and clients. She/he follows up with clients to assess client satisfaction and caregiver performance. She/he interacts with clients and family members to address concerns and determine best utilization of resources for optimal client care. CUSTOMER SERVICE experience is needed.
Job Description:
- Schedule and match Clients and Caregivers based on Client needs and caregiver skills.
- Communicate new assignments and/or schedule changes to Clients and Caregivers
- Utilize computer and scheduling software to keep track of caregiver schedules and assignments
- Communicates directly with Clients and manages Client satisfaction
- Communicates directly with Caregivers and contributes to Caregiver satisfaction with support from Human Resources
- Utilizes technology to track critical dimensions of service
- Participates in rotating "on call" assignments to manage Client and Caregiver problem resolution after hours.
- Interacts with family members to address problems, concerns, and best utilization of resources for optimal client care.
- Performs other related duties as required by the Care Coordination Manager.

Requirements:
- Experience scheduling, healthcare, or social work/case management preferred
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high caseload environment
- Computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Experience with scheduling and/or database management software
