You're the friendly face and voice who greets our patients and helps them connect with our incredible health and wellness services. Your typical schedule goes from Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. This is a commission-based role with the potential for bonuses. In addition to paid holidays, you also have access to our functional medicine, chiropractic services, etc.

CRITERIA
We'd prefer a candidate with experience in or knowledge of the medical world, but it's not required. You just need to meet these minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
DAY-TO-DAY
As a Care Coordinator, you help keep our office busy and our patients on track to achieve optimal wellness! Every day, you respond to phone calls and emails and greet patients when they arrive at our practice. You complete initial consultations, provide office tours, and review financial information to help determine each patient's needs and the best way to serve them. After coming up with a plan, you schedule future appointments and encourage the patient to keep seeing us regularly.
