Position Summary
- Directly supervise clients in treatment at Silver Pines
- Ensure clients abide by program schedule and clinical requirements
- Ensure the health and safety of all clients
- Coordinate and support psycho-educational groups
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the treatment facilities.
- Mentor and support clients in a professional manner
Position Responsibilities
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by cleaning and reporting any hazards
- Help Clients by providing information, services, and assistance
- Support clients to travel when necessary
- Support clients to engage in treatment plans
- Supervise and implement program scheduling around groups, 12 step meetings, etc.
- Supervise and implement rule compliance by clients around, possession of restricted items, community integration, scheduling, chores, etc.
- Coordinate and assist in implementing psycho-educational groups
- Document and report (to leadership) client issues and concerns
- Support fire safety and physical wellness of clients by completing 30 min checks on all clients
- Complete other duties and tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
- Minimum of high school Diploma
- 1 Year experience in the human service field providing direct support preferred
- Knowledge and experience with 12 step and disease model recovery supports
- 1 year experience in customer service or general service industry preferred
- Knowledge and experience with basic Microsoft software packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drivers License and at least 5 years of driving experience
- Enthusiastic and compassionate personality
- Ability to physically lift up to 15 pounds, at times up to 50 pounds
- Must have a functioning cell phone that is able to make and receive phone calls

Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate with peers/general public, clients and/or vendors
- Tolerant to various noise levels: noise level in the work environment varies may be very quiet to moderate
