PPC Specialist

$75,000 /annual salary
CarBrain.com, a division of CAS Automotive, seeks a data-driven PPC Specialist who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms to capture additional leads at cost-effective prices.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen analytical mindset to drive effective and efficient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
The PPC Specialist position will chiefly focus on one main objective: growing lead volume at cost-effective prices.
- Accountable for developing, implementing, and managing end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
- Daily monitoring and regular analysis of budget, keyword performance, bidding strategies, and A/B testing methodologies to refine and enhance campaign performance and ad creatives for improved click-through and conversion rates
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness
- Understand business goals, target audiences, and industry trends to create and optimize campaigns that align with broader marketing and business strategies
- Analyze consumer behavior and how visitors interact with ad copy, landing pages, and videos to make continuous, and effective, improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes, new features, and best practices for PPC
Experience & Education:
The PPC Specialist role is a hands-on position, meaning the ideal candidate knows how to actively perform the tasks involved in running ads, as opposed to overseeing someone else do it.
- Four (4) or more years of pay-per-click working experience, ideally with a monthly ad spend budget of $100k or more
- Practical proficiency in running ads and actively executing campaigns within Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), AdWords Editor, Search Console, SEMrush, AHrefs, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and similar spreadsheet-based tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field OR relevant work experience
