Digital Marketing & PPC Manager
The Glass Guru is a rapidly growing franchise organization that originated in Roseville, California, and is now headquartered, in Plano, Texas. We are currently in a very exciting place in our growth and looking for the right individual to join our team who will assist us, and our independent franchise owner(s) network, in continuing to surpass our wildest expectations.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & PPC Manager to enhance our Marketing team's capabilities. This role is central to the creation, execution, and tracking of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimum lead generation and ROAS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Yelp, and other relevant platforms in a multi-unit enviornment.
The Digital Marketing & PPC Managerworks under the direct supervision of the VP of Marketing & Communications.
We are looking for hard-working, team players who possess:
- PPC Campaign Management: Take charge of the hands-on creation, monitoring, and
optimization of PPC campaigns on Google and Yelp. This includes keyword research, ad
copywriting, bid management, and conversion tracking to ensure campaign effectiveness across
all franchise locations.
- Strategy and Analytics: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy,
leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and drive improvements in campaign performance.
- Social Media & SaaS Platform Management: Responsible for the initial setup of GMB, social
media accounts, and SaaS platforms relevant to our franchise operations, including but not
limited to WhatConverts, Birdeye, SOCi, and others. This entails creating accounts, integrating
systems, and ensuring that each platform is optimized for our marketing needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house web developer to align digital
marketing strategies with local market SEO needs. Provide ongoing support and communication
to ensure franchise locations maximize their digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance and insights to senior
management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future
strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification is required. Additional certifications in PPC platforms are highly favorable.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Ad campaigns. Experience with Yelp advertising is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media account creation and management, as well as experience with SaaS
platforms such as WhatConverts, Birdeye, SOCi, and others is preferred, but not required. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable
insights. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with franchisees
and internal teams. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing campaign
performance and achieving marketing objectives.

As a result, the final salary package will be determined after considering the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and the geographic location where the work will be performed.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around for various and sometimes extended periods of time. Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds infrequently. Must have adequate hearing abilities to effectively communicate with team members and respond to auditory cues and conduct telephonic conversations.
