Car Wash Site Manager

Texas Express Carwash & Lube is looking for a Site Manager! We have a good group who needs a little coaching to be great. We offer two days off (one of which can be a weekend day) and are looking for someone to grow with us as we continue to add locations.

The main purpose of the Site Manager is to develop and maintain a team of people who can deliver Car Wash and lube services effectively and efficiently, while exhibiting excellent customer service. They need work history in sales, hiring, training, leading, and managing a team. The Site Manager is also responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of all aspects of the site. We are looking for someone who will be on site at the Car Wash, greeting and interacting with customers and leading by example!

• Maintaining labor percentages to standard (human resource management).
• Maintaining budgeted operational costs (optimization).
• Increasing the number of tasks performed per person.
• Decreasing problems with equipment, damages, and complaints.
• Increasing knowledge of mechanical operations and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, and results driven leader.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience leading a membership model
• Experience managing a preventative maintenance program or something similar.
• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards.
• 2 years or more as Manager of a high performing store, location, or company, preferably in the Car Wash industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of DRB software preferred
• Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
