Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Assistant Manager to help oversee our car wash operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting General Manager in daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the car wash facility, including scheduling, staff management, and equipment maintenance.
- Train and supervise car wash attendants to ensure they perform their duties to the highest standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are stocked and available at all times.
- Ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, paying special attention to difficult-to-reach areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by keeping the car wash bay, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing the car wash facility.
- Operate car wash equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a car wash or similar environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
