Crazy Clean Car Wash in Odessa, TX is looking for one Car Wash Team Leader to join our 11 person strong team. We are located on 2124 E. 8th Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring employee schedules
- Making sure daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance task are completed
- Filling in when scheduled staff if unavailable.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years plus in the Car Wash business or management background in a comparable industry.
- Have great communication skills to work closely with team members and the public
- Be able to work without close supervision and able to handle issues if they arise.
- This person will need to be an excelent multi-tasker and be able to oversee the daily operations and delegate task to the appropriately qualified employees and follow up to make sure the task are complete.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays. Compensation is $12.00 - $20.00/hour.
