Car Wash Manager - Oneida, Ny

The Car Wash Site Manager is a Full Time, On Call position supporting the upkeep and maintenance of a Car Wash in the Oneida, NY area. This role is heavily focused on the immaculate appearance and proper function of the Car Wash and its location at all times.

Salary Range: $600 - $650 / Week (flat rate) based on experience.

Duties:

Duties include but are not limited to cleaning Car Wash bays (walls, and floors with provided chemicals) , parking lot, and landscaping. Trash Removal, properly maintaining, organizing and cleaning the on site maintenance room to allow for efficient functioning on the job. Daily Preventative Maintenance as designated in the Preventative Maintenance schedules. Candidates must be able to move or lift 100 lbs and climb ladders.

In addition to the above duties, candidates will be responsible for the maintenance of all Car Wash equipment, stocking inventory and vending products, cash management and banking, and possess basic math, computer, mobile device (smartphone and tablet) skills. Candidates must have a comfort level with Microsoft Excel, Gmail, and the Internet.

Candidates should also possess strong mechanical abilities and be able to perform on site repairs when necessary, as well as learn common repairs over time. Candidate is on call and is required to respond to customer, answering service and security system calls immediately.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to perform all of the above duties, along with having a strong sense of customer service and have a can do, problem solving mentality. Candidates must live within 5 miles of the Oneida, NY location and be available to take “on call” throughout the year.

This position requires punching in ADP time system on a daily basis.
