The details:
Living Well Stores is looking for a customer-centered, self-motivated, problem solver who can quickly integrate into our small, interdependent team.
Our Customer Service Team Members are involved with all aspects of the Customer Experience from Sales to Service. We pride ourselves on delivering personal, consultative customer interactions.
This is a 37.5 hour a week position and requires that you be available to work Monday - Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM with scheduled breaks and/or occasionally on Saturdays for 3-5 hours. Our Customer Service representatives work from their homes, use equipment we provide and are paid an hourly salary. Candidates must live within 100 miles of Jacksonville, FL.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be skilled in consultative selling and qualification of customers to identify the best product for the customer. Past sales experience of consumer goods such as consumer electronics, cars, furniture, home improvements, etc.
- Use a consultative/informative style of selling to identify customer needs and determine the best product for the customer.
- Demonstrate a strong empathetic understanding and a caring attitude.
- Demonstrate targeted questioning and problem solving to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
- Utilize the resources available to you to determine necessary solutions and/or escalate as appropriate.
- Express thoughts verbally and in writing in a clear, concise way without spelling or grammar mistakes.
- Be technically savvy and familiar with common team and customer management programs.
- Have a desire to contribute to and learn in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary.
- Be able to self-manage and collaborate in a work from home setting.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Zen Desk, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of home medical equipment and/or travel mobility products
- Bilingual speaker - English and Spanish
Job responsibilities:
· Educate customers on key (mobility and healthcare) product information.
· Assess customer needs to identify best product and/or solution.
· Deliver clear, concise communication related to company processes, service options, and warranty decisions.
· Troubleshoot, analyze, and problem solve to address product service/warranty issues.
· Data entry and maintenance, including order entry, product registration, return processing, and other data.
· Employ excellent communication skills (empathy, questioning, active listening, etc.) to address and manage customer concerns.
· Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
· Special projects assigned as needed.
Work From Home Requirements:
You must have a quiet, dedicated space and desk in your home where you can work uninterrupted. You must have an internet connection of at least 25 Mbps in speed.
