Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with rental needs
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and customer information
- Coordinate rental reservations and ensure availability of vehicles or equipment
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote rentals and attract new customers
- Utilize organizational skills to keep rental office and vehicles clean, organized, and presentable
- Collaborate with team members to achieve rental goals and targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for maintaining records and generating reports
- Strong organizational skills to manage rental agreements, schedules, and customer information accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
