Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Securities Act offerings, private placements, Exchange Act reporting, stock exchange listings and compliance, and associated policy development and counseling.
• This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
• Experience with cross-border transactions is a plus, but not required.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position starts at $345k and up, depending on experience. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
