Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of technology or technical products is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, is a bonus
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
Skills:
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of CBD or WELLNESS overall is advantageous
