We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Festival Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our local cannabis company at various festivals and events, engaging with customers, and promoting our range of farm-to-table cannabis products. Your primary objective will be to drive sales while providing exceptional customer service and educating consumers about our brand and products.
Responsibilities:
- Attend festivals, fairs, and other events to showcase our cannabis products and interact with potential customers.
- Set up and manage booth displays, ensuring they are attractive and inviting to visitors.
- Engage with attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions about our products, farming practices, and company ethos.
- Actively promote and sell our range of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Provide product demonstrations and samples to interested customers, adhering to all relevant legal and compliance requirements.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including loading and unloading inventory, as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
