We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Cannabis Cultivation and General Laborers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of producing high-quality cannabis products while embracing sustainable practices and innovation. Compensation:$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Assist with cannabis cultivation activities, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting plants according to our responsible farming practices.
- Support processing operations, including trimming, packaging, and labeling cannabis products with a focus on quality and sustainability.
- Participate in construction projects, contributing to site preparation, equipment assembly, and general maintenance tasks to support our facility's growth and sustainability goals.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, promoting sustainability and adherence to our responsible farming practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to the success of our operation.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21 Years of age or older
- Previous experience in construction and general labor, preferably in agriculture or related fields.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for sustainable farming practices.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Flexibility to work in different environments and conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including early mornings
