DISPATCH RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a dispatch role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
* Respond to queries related to product and deliveries.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
* Excellent Computer knowledge, Using iPad, Office, Word, and Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient touch typing skills.
* Flexible in schedule, willing to work Weekends.
* Great "Genuine" Customer Service Skills.
