Budtender / Dispatcher Needed For Cannabis Delivery

Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are organized and well-stocked
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
- Strong knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Employment Requirements:

- Age 21+
- Current valid California ID
- Weekend and Holiday MANDATORY availability
- Math skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (responding / communication with upper management)
- Attention to Detail
- Capability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and can work well independently with minimal guidance
- Must be punctual
- Must be honest
- Must be dependable
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- Create efficient route plans and fleet tracking
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high volume situations
- Cleaning and Organizing/Maintaining work area
- Inventory checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
